Commonwealth Games Finalist is new Head Coach in Farnborough

Commonwealth Games Finalist and 2010 Northern European Champion, Grant Gardiner joins local gymnastics and ninja club to share his incredible talent.

The Welsh Champion delivers his first classes this week at Gymfinity Kids, the UK’s first gymnastics & ninja club for children ages 3 months – 16 years. Grant has been an Elite Gymnastics Coach since the age of 16 and is highly qualified in Ninja, a mixture of parkour, free running and freestyle
gymnastics.

The Commonwealth Games Finalist said: “I’ve joined Gymfinity Kids with a dream to help young gymnasts and ninjas achieve their goals, nurturing raw talent into skills – I can’t wait to get stuck in!”

The Northern European Champion first started learning gymnastics from nine years old. It was his primary school teacher who suggested the sport to him, after being the only child in his class able to finish the monkey bars.

Fast forward a few years and Grant competed in the 2010 Deli Commonwealth Games, amongst famous athletes such as Tom Daley and Yohan Blake. He finished 7th in the Vault Final and two weeks later was awarded the 2010 Northern European Champion. Grant explained: “I gained a lot of confidence competing on such a large stage. It’s important for children to have role models, so if I can help them grow into brilliant gymnasts, but also brilliant people that’s the biggest accomplishment for me.”

Gymfinity Kids is located in the Meads Shopping centre (above Sainsbury’s) and offers classes to children from three months to 16 years old in a state-of-the-art gym. As well as providing a high standard of gymnastics and ninja coaching, the club offers everything from birthday party services to
fun holiday camps during half terms and FREE baby balance classes.

As well as teaching regular weekly classes, both members and non-members can now book Grant for a private one to one class at the club. Parents can also book a FREE trial class at
